We offer a rapid response, normally visiting your site within 48 hours and issuing a competitively priced, written quotation within 24 hours of site visit. We promise decisive, confident, expert advice and a clear presentation of how we intend to conduct the project. For peace of mind, we are fully insured with £10 million Public Liability cover, and we operate safe working procedures, with Method Statements and Risk Assessments provided as standard. We are also CHAS approved (we are currently applying).
All of our tree surgeons are experienced, trustworthy professionals. We insist on full NPTC qualifications and make sure that all individuals on site are CRB checked, while we are also members of professional bodies, the Arboricultural Association and International Society of Arboriculture.

We have sound knowledge of the planning system and local authority requirements and will handle all paperwork. We are also happy to deal directly with tenants in terms of access and completion of the work.
Timings are always to suit you. On construction sites, we will fit in around the contractor’s schedule and agree on a plan following a Site Specific Risk Assessment. For schools, work is scheduled to take place in the school holidays whenever possible to avoid unnecessary risk and disruption.
If you wish to keep woodchip or logs, that’s fine – but rest assured we will remove anything you don’t want to keep. We take environmental concerns seriously and all waste is recycled. Furthermore, our works are planned to avoid disturbance of wildlife, while all machinery, tools and vehicles are fully maintained to maximise efficiency and reduce emissions.
